Position open: Quality Control Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and enter data to prepare reports evaluating the quality and compliance of banking services.
- Verify the accuracy of data by reviewing records and resolving discrepancies.
- Oversee daily operations and maintain quality standards at your assigned local branch.
- Report directly to the Senior Manager while supporting key quality assurance and compliance initiatives.
- Monitor industry regulations and ensure ongoing compliance with applicable standards and internal policies.
- Review, classify, and process incoming requests accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date quality assurance documentation, including inspection reports, testing procedures, compliance records, and related files.
