Position open: Quality Control Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and enter data to prepare reports evaluating the quality and compliance of banking services.
• Verify the accuracy of data by reviewing records and resolving discrepancies.
• Oversee daily operations and maintain quality standards at your assigned local branch.
• Report directly to the Senior Manager while supporting key quality assurance and compliance initiatives.
• Monitor industry regulations and ensure ongoing compliance with applicable standards and internal policies.
• Review, classify, and process incoming requests accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date quality assurance documentation, including inspection reports, testing procedures, compliance records, and related files.
